29.07.2009 - Aermec is expanding the ANLI inverter heat pump range with R410A

The ANLI range of air-water inverter chillers is complete and covers a cooling capacity that goes from 5.88 to 28.88 kW and a heating capacity that goes from 6.10 to 33.75 kW in nominal conditions.

The inverter scroll compressor allows continuous regulation of the cooling and heating capacity from 35% to 100%.

The electronic thermostatic valve allows punctual regulation of the flow of refrigerant in the cooling circuit, resulting in greater energy efficiency when the load is varied.

The use of the inverter and the careful design of the cooling circuit have lead to an average increase in summer seasonal energy efficiency of about 20%, with respect to the traditional on-off ANL H.
The increase of the ESEER can be translated into net savings on the electricity bill in the air conditioning period. The seasonal efficiency when heating also increases and this also ensures savings on the winter heating bill and for the production of domestic hot water.

The production of domestic hot water up to 55 °C is guaranteed with external air temperatures that go from -10 °C to 42 °C.
The minimum functioning temperature in heating mode is equal to -15 °C.

The control circuit board allows to manage the priority of the production of domestic hot water and allows to differentiate the production temperatures of the hot water to be sent to the sanitary fitting and the hot water to send to the heating system (which can be with fan coils, thermo-convectors, floor etc…).

Thanks to the use of the inverter, the peak current is reduced by 70% with respect to the traditional on-off systems. This means the total absence of network voltage drops at machine peak. The ANLI noise reduces on variation of the load and can reach up to 3 dB(A) less with respect to traditional on-off systems, especially during night-time functioning.

ANLI is available in three different versions:

• basic version (without pump);
• version with on-off pump;
• version with inverter pump.

The version with inverter pump is particularly indicated for systems with variable water flow rate with two-way valves. The inverter pump produces a yearly saving of up to 50% on electric pumping energy.
The water filter and the differential pressure switch are as per standard in all versions. The versions supplied with pump have an expansion vessel and safety valve as per standard.
